長岡と言えば
長岡に行く目的の一つにラーメンってのがありまして、到着早々にFire氏オススメの店へ向かいました。
店の名前は、、、忘れました。（笑）
しょうゆも味噌もありますが塩ラーメンがオススメらしいです。そのどちらにも背脂有タイプと無タイプがあります。さらに強烈にネギをトッピングするのがFireデフォルトのようです。勧められるがまま塩ラーメン背脂有仕様のしかも大盛りチャーシューメンを頼んだら、洗面器みたいなやつが出てきました。（笑）
結構あっさりした味に背脂が加わって、コクがあるけどスッキリした味わいになってました。そこに太麺が絡んできて素晴らしいバランス。塩にありがちなイヤな臭いもなくすごく美味しい。ネギ増量が歯ごたえに変化を生みさらに良い感じでした。でも店の名前忘れたから全く意味のない試食記だ。（笑）
あ、そう言えば、九州のラーメン屋の紅ショウガのごとく、この店には岩のりがありました。デフォルト？
次の日には岩のりのラーメン屋に行きました。「潤」です。念願です。なんで念願なのかについてはこちらをご覧下さい。
結論
「あのカップ麺への岩のり増量は失敗だった」
ということが分かった。（笑）
すごく美味しかったですよ。スープは若干魚系も入ってて、前日の塩ラーメンと比べると複雑な味ですね。麺は太め。店員は若いヤンキー系おねーちゃん達。ガソリンスタンドにいるおねーちゃんと同じディレクトリ。（笑）
ファーストインプレッションは塩ラーメンに軍配ですが、時が経つとこっちの方にハマるのかもしれない感じでした。
これは油揚げです。限りなく厚揚げに近い油揚げ。肉厚でジューシー。たっぷりのネギとおかかと醤油だけでいただきます。ちょー美味いの。ちょーちょー。ちなみにこの手は友情出演のFire氏。（笑）
道の駅R290栃尾ってところにあるやつです、、、たぶん。(^^;
この後、スーパーに夕食の買い出しに行ったら、ほぼ全員がネギを買ってました。思い起こせば前日のラーメン、そしてこの日の油揚げ、、、ふんだんなネギ。そうか、長岡の人達はネギを愛している人種なんだ。全員ネギ星人に違いない。（笑）

Hello there, - came upon your current blog by pure luck when roaming across the web this afternoon, and pleased that i did! I like the style and design and colours, but I have to point out that I'm having issues when it loads. I'm using SeaMonkey 2 internet browser for mac, and the menu bit would not line up properly. i'm confident I have made use of the equivalent layout on a customer's web site, but the menu seems alright on mine. I think the fault is at my end and just maybe it's time to switch!
